PERANAN DESA DALAM MENGATASI GEJALA STUNTING DI DESA TALANG KEMULUN KECAMATAN DANAU KERINCI KABUPATEN KERINCI

Abstract

This research is entitled: The Role of Villages in Overcoming Stunting Symptoms in Talang Kemulun Village, Danau Kerinci District. The aim of this research is to find out the role of the village in overcoming symptoms of stunting and what efforts are implemented by the village government related to overcoming stunting in the village in overcoming symptoms of stunting. Case Study in Talang Kemulun Village, Danau Kerinci District. This type of research is Qualitative Research. Activities in data analysis in this research are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The informant selection technique in this research was carried out using purposive sampling (selected samples) where informants were selected by researchers based on predetermined criteria and determined based on the research objectives. The research findings show that the role played by the village government, village midwife, posyandu cadres and the community has played a very important role in accordance with their respective duties and is assisted by health programs and clear funding sources.
