Abstract

This research takes place in two different agencies, namely the National and Political Unity Agency and the Kerinci Regency General Election Commission with the formulation of the problem of how the function of the National and Political Unity Agency and the Kerinci Regency KPU in the simultaneous regional elections in Kerinci Regency in 2024. The purpose of this research is to find out how the function of the Kerinci Regency KESBANGPOL and KPU in the simultaneous elections in Kerinci Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach where data is obtained through structured interviews in the field to 5 informants using interview guidelines which are then analyzed with data triangulation through data reduction, data interpretation and conclusion drawing so as to obtain accurate information. The results of the study are: 1).. The cooperation program to increase national awareness does not show significant cooperation because each agency conducts their own program without coordination and cooperation. 2).
