PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DAN SEMANGAT KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN PENCATATAN SIPIL KABUPATEN KERINCI
Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of leadership and work enthusiasm on performance both directly and indirectly at the Kerinci Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. This research uses quantitative methods, with exogenous variables, namely the leadership variable (X1), the intervening variable work enthusiasm (X2), and the endogenous variable, namely performance (Y). The population of this research is all 37 State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Population and Civil Registration Service of Kerinci Regency. The data analysis technique used is path analysis and is divided into 2 paths, namely sub structure 1 and sub structure 2. Data is collected through questionnaires, Research findings show that: 1) There is a significant direct influence of leadership on work morale, where the contribution value obtained is 0.369 or 36.9% with a significance of 0.000. 2) There is a significant direct influence of work morale on performance, where the contribution value obtained is 0.077 or 7.7% with a significance of 0.000. 3) There is a significant direct influence of work morale on performance, where the contribution value obtained is 529 or 52.9% with a significance of 0.000. 4) There is a significant indirect influence of leadership on performance through work enthusiasm, where the contribution value obtained is 0.123 or 12.3%
