Data collection techniques and tools in this research are interviews and documents. The results of the research show that in the implementation of gender responsive planning and budgeting policies there are budgets that are fluctuating and not yet gender responsive. In this fluctuating budget, we have not been able to optimally carry out programs/activities that are not yet gebder responsive. Gender responsive, that is, there are no differences between women and men. Meanwhile, the women’s empowerment department in Sungai Full City has differences between men and women. So the planning and budgeting in the women’s empowerment department has not been optimal, as evidenced by the budget for the past 5 yaers, there has been fluctuation, with only 25% being received by women in 2020 due to the impact of the covid-19 outbreak. In 2018, we just started pioneering in the women’s empowerment service, so the budget obtained only for women was 70%. In 2019, the budget funds were greater, so what women received was also 90% greater, and in 2021-2022, the budget obtained began to stabilize again. Then what women get is 80%. This research uses a type of qualitative research with Provoive Sampling techniques as a determinant of research informants. The results of the research show that 1. The small village government has tried to carry out its role well, namely serving the community by providing public facilities and infrastructure. The village government also provides information and directs the community in providing services, one of which is related to administrative management requirements. 2. The village government has also carried out its role as a facilitator, that is, it has tried as hard as possible to provide administrative service facilities such as the village head's office and other supporting facilities, so that the small village government has carried out its role as a facilitator. 3. The village government also carries out its function and role as a regulator in serving the community, in this case the village government directs and serves community administrative management according to applicable operational standards (SOP), so that community needs are met. In this way, small village government has been implemented well. 4. The respondents in this research were 22 ASN with Civil Servant status. The analytical tools used in this research are simple linear regression, multiple linear regression and path analysis, by conducting regression tests. The research results show that: 1. Additional income improvements have no significant effect on work morale, it is known that tcount > ttable is 1.373<2.101 with a significance level of 0.186 (significance > 5%). So there is an insignificant influence between Additional Income Improvement (X) on Work Morale (Y). 2. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance, it is known that tcount>Ttable is 2,415>2,101 with a significance level of 0.027 (significance <% 5%). So there is a significant influence between Job Satisfaction (Z) on Performance (Y). 3. Additional Income Improvement and Job Satisfaction together have a positive effect on performance. This is proven by the fcount value of 80.422 and ftable 3.55 with a significance of 0.000 therefore fcount > f table (80.422 > 3.55) so Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. With a significance value of less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), it can be concluded that additional income improvements and job satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect on work morale at the Keliling Danau sub-district office, Kerinci Regency. 4. Through Path Analysis and t-test in this research, it shows that the additional variable Income Improvement has a positive and significant effect on Work Morale with Job Satisfaction as a mediator. Because tcount is 2.883 with a significance level of 5%. For ttable at a significance level of 0.05 and df = n-k (20-2=18), the size of ttable is 2.101. So tcount > ttable (2.883 > 2.101), it can be concluded that the mediation coefficient of 1.270302 is significant. This research aims to determine the influence of work conflict and the work environment on employee job satisfaction. The number of samples determined was 36 samples using the Quantitative method. As independent variables, namely Work Conflict and Work Environment while the dependent variable is Employee Job Satisfaction. The analysis used is multiple linear analysis including, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis using the Double Liner show that the Job Conflict variable influences Employee Job Satisfaction by 0.452 (45.2%) and the Work Environment influences Job Satisfaction by 0.655 (65.5%) and the results of the analysis using the coefficient of determination show that there is a 0.957 (95.7%) variation of Leadership policies can be explained by the independent variables examined in this research and 4.3% are explained by other factors outside this discussion. The aim of the research is to determine the role of woman's leadership in creating a child-friendly school at SD IT Amanah, Sungai Full City. and knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors in carrying out the Woman's Leadership Role in Creating Child-Friendly Schools at SD IT Amanah Kota Sungai Banyak. This type of research used qualitative research. The research location is at the Amanah Integrated Islamic School (SDIT) Sungai Banyak. Types of data sources consist of primary data and secondary data. The informant selection technique uses a purposive sampling technique with a total of 9 informants. Data collection techniques and tools consist of observation, interviews, documentation. Data Collection Tools Mobile Notebooks (HP) and Laptops Data Analysis Techniques consist of Data Collection, Data Reduction (data reduction), Data Display, Conclusion Drawing/verification. Data Validity Techniques Source Triangulation, Method Triangulation, Time triangulation. Research results show that the role of the female principal's leadership in creating a child-friendly school at SD IT Amanah Kota Sungai Banyak. 1) Motivator, the principal provides support and motivation to subordinates both teachers, academics, parents and students. 2) Facilitator, school principal provides facilities and improves subordinate human resources through training 3) Mobilizer, school principal fosters a collaborative spirit by holding regular meetings, involving parents and the entire school community. Supporting and inhibiting factors in carrying out the role of Woman's Leadership in Creating Child-Friendly Schools at SD IT Amanah Kota Sungai Banyak 1) inhibiting factors Trained teaching staff, both teachers and academics, good facilities and infrastructure, infrastructure such as classrooms, toilets, canteens which is clean and neatly arranged and provides a garden for discussions. This research uses quantitative methods, with exogenous variables, namely the Competency variable (X1), the intervening variable Compensation (X2), and the endogenous variable, namely Work Productivity (Y). The sample for this research was 13 State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Kerinci Regency SAMSAT office. The data analysis technique used is path analysis and is divided into 2 paths, namely sub structure 1 and sub structure 2. Data was collected through questionnaires. Supported by Law no. 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence and other efforts by the police should be able to reduce the high number of cases of domestic violence in Kerinci Regency every year, but in fact in the last three years cases of domestic violence have increased. The problem is: What is the role of the police in resolving criminal acts of domestic violence in Kerinci district. This research approach is research using qualitative research methods using a descriptive approach. A descriptive approach is used to collect data systematically, factually and quickly in accordance with the description when the research was carried out. Research results: The role of the Kerinci Police PPA Unit in resolving criminal acts of domestic violence in Kerinci Regency can be done in two ways. The first is through penal mediation, a concrete role carried out by the PPA police unit as a mediator in resolving criminal acts of domestic violence, namely by summoning both parties, namely the victim and the perpetrator. Then they met directly to discuss to find the best way forward. For this reason, the PNM Mekaar program is here to help women in MSMEs access capital loans to maximize their businesses. This research seeks to capture the perceptions of beneficiaries regarding the PNM Mekaar program from the aspects of improving financial management, instilling a culture of saving, and entrepreneurial competence and business development. This research method is descriptive qualitative using research respondents of 10 female MSME actors from each village in Pondok Tinggi District and representing each different business sector. The research results show that respondents have a positive perception of the PNM Mekaar financial inclusion program because it opens up access to capital with simple requirements. Apart from that, this program also equips customers with the knowledge to separate personal assets and business assets so that they are able to manage their finances better.
