The influence of the tourism sector on labor absorption in tourist attractions in Kerinci district

         This study aims to determine the influence of the tourism sector on labor absorption in tourist objects in Kerinci regency. The number of samples of 20 respondents using the quantitative method. As an independent variable, namely the tourism sector, while the dependent variable is labor absorption. The analysis used is Simple Linear Regression Analysis, it can be seen that the tourism sector variable is 1.089 (189%) and labor absorption affects the tourism sector by 0.627 (62.7%) while the remaining 37.3% is influenced by other factors not discussed in the study. this. And the results of hypothesis testing both partially and simultaneously show that the independent variable on the dependent variable has a significant effect by using the t-test.
