This study aims to determine the effect of Liquidity, Solvency, and Activity Ratio on Profitability of Pt. Media Nusantara Citra Tbk. In 2011-2020, partially and simultaneously, this study explains the factors that affect profitability. These factors are the influence of Liquidity, Solvency, and Activity Ratio. The data used in this study is secondary data, namely Summary of Financial Statement data obtained from the financial statements of PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk. Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2020.

Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out on all data obtained, it can be concluded as follows: 1) Liquidity has no partial and insignificant effect. It is proven by the value of tcount < ttable (0.396 < 2,447) with a value of sig = 0.706 > 0.05 so that hypothesis I cannot be accepted. 2) Solvency has no partial and insignificant effect. It is proven by the value of tcount < ttable (-1.562 < -2.447) with a value of sig = 0.169 > 0.05 so that hypothesis II cannot be accepted. 3) Activities have a partial and significant effect on profitability. It is proven by the value of tcount > ttable (6.398 > 2,447) with a value of sig =

0.001 <0.05 so that the third hypothesis can be accepted. 4) Liquidity, Solvency, and Activity have a simultaneous effect on Profitability, as evidenced by the value of Fcount > Ftable or 19.656 > 4.76, and with a significant value of 0.002 < 0.05 so that hypothesis IV can be accepted. 5) The magnitude of the influence of each The independent variables on the dependent variable are Liquidity, Solvency and Activity on Profitability at PT. Media Nusantara Citra Tbk. The 2011-2020 period is 90.8%. While the rest (100%-90.8%) which is equal to 9.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

The analysis tool used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis which was logged with the help of statistical software version 20. The source of the data came from IDX financial report data on the IDX website (www.idx.co.id). Data collection techniques were carried out using library research techniques.

Based on the results of the study, it shows that: Information asymmetry has no significant effect on earnings management partially in this study, seen from the value , - tcount < -ttable or -0.209<2.201, or sig value> 0.05 (0.845>0, 05). Audit Quality There is no significant effect on Earnings Management partially in this study, seen from the tcount < ttable or 0.048 <2.201, or the sig value > 0.05 (0.964> 0.05). Ownership Structure There is a significant influence on Earnings Management partially in this study, seen in the value, tcount>ttable or 2.469>2.201, or sig value> 0.05 (0.069>0.05). The magnitude of the influence between information asymmetry, audit quality and ownership structure on earnings management is 34.1% (100% - 65.9%).

Faculty welfare in the context of Islamic education is heavily influenced by their job characteristics, such as task variety, level of autonomy, and feedback received (Amalia, 2020). The phenomenon of presenteeism, where despite being physically present at work, productivity declines, poses a significant challenge in academic environments (Amalia, 2020). The Islamic education management approach offers a framework based on principles like justice and accountability, which are crucial for supporting faculty welfare. This study utilized a literature review to explore the relationship between faculty characteristics and their welfare in the context of Islamic education. Key findings indicate that job satisfaction can mediate the relationship between job design factors, such as task variety and autonomy, and the level of presenteeism among faculty members (Amalia, 2020). The implications of this research include the application of job design taxonomy in Islamic education, which can enhance understanding of the linkage between job characteristics and faculty welfare. The study also highlights the importance of integrating spiritual values, personality traits, and social networks in developing holistic educational strategies in Islamic institutions, thereby fostering inclusive and empowered educational communities.

This study aims to find out: 1. To determine the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction of Fifit Marissa Hiang salon partially and how much influence it has. 2. To find out the effect of price on consumer satisfaction of Fifit Marissa Hiang salon partially and how much it influences. 3. To find out the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction of Fifit Marissa Hiang salon partially and how much influence it has. 4. To determine the effect of product quality, price and service quality on consumer satisfaction of Fifit Marissa Hiang salon simultaneously and how much influence. The research methodology used is with qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive approaches. The results of the study are; 1. Product quality does not affect customer satisfaction of Fifit Marissa Hiang salon as evidenced by the tcount value is smaller than the ttabel value and the magnitude of the effect is only 4.63%. 2. Price has no effect on customer satisfaction of Fifit Marissa Hiang salon as evidenced by the -tcount value greater than the -ttabel value and the magnitude of the influence is -1.37%. 3. The quality of service affects the customer satisfaction of Fifit Marissa Hiang salon as evidenced by the calculated value greater than the ttabel value and the magnitude of the effect is 14.70%. 4. Partially, product quality, price and service quality affect customer satisfaction of Fifit Marissa Hiang salon, as evidenced by the Fcalculate value greater than the Ftabel value and the magnitude of the effect is 18%

Peran pemuda sangat penting dan sering dikaitkan dengan kemajuan suatu bangsa. Hal ini sudah terjadi sejak masa perjuangan kemerdekaan Indonesia, diantaranya bisa kita lihat sejarah deklarasi sumpah pemuda yang merupakan salah satu bukti bahwa pemuda Indonesia memiliki arti penting dalam peranan perjuangan bangsa. Dalam Permensos No. 25 Tahun 2019 bahwa Karang Taruna dalam menjalankan tugasnya berdasarkan Pancasila dan UUD 1945, dimana Karang taruna merupakan organisasi yang dibentuk oleh masyarakat sebagai potensi dan sumber kesejahteraan sosial serta kewenangan Karang Taruna merupakan pengembangan potensi generasi muda dan masyarakat. Dari uraian dan gambaran diatas penulis melakukan penelitian di Desa Baru Lempur Kecamatan Gunung Raya yang dituangkan dalam judul penelitian Peran Karang Taruna Di Desa Baru Lempur Kecamatan Gunung Raya Kabupaten Kerinci. Tipe Penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif dengan mempelajari berbagai literatur dan perundang-undangan, serta teori-teori hukum yang mengenai peranan dan fungsi Karang Taruna di Desa Baru Lempur. Adapun metode pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan meliputi, Pendekatan Konseptual (Conceptual Approach), Pendekatan Perundang- Undangan (Statute Approach), dan Pendekatan Kasus (Case Approach). Peranan karang taruna Desa Baru Lempur sudah berjalan dengan baik namun belum berjalan secara optimal. Hal ini disebabkan berbagai indikator terutama dalam mengambil keputusan visi dan misi karang taruna.

This research aims to find out how big the influence of restaurant taxes is on increasing local original income in Sungai Penuh City. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The data collection techniques in this research are observation and document study. The sampling technique used in this research uses saturated sampling by making the entire population the sample, namely the report on the realization of restaurant tax payments in 2018-2022. It can be seen that the restaurant tax does not have a significant influence on increasing original local income in the City of Sungai Penuh. The magnitude of the influence of the restaurant tax on increasing the original local income in the City of Sungai Penuh is 37%. low and the form of the relationship is positive. It is hoped that the Sungai Penuh City government will further increase the potential for regional tax revenues, especially restaurant taxes, because restaurant taxes still have a small influence. As well as exploring other potentials outside the variables studied, in order to increase local original income.
