This study aims to determine the direct effect of employee satisfaction on organizational commitment as an intervening variable in the Ministry of Religion, Kerinci Regency, to determine the direct effect of employee satisfaction on the quality of public services at the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Kerinci Regency, to determine the direct effect of organizational commitment on the quality of public services in Ministry of Religion of Kerinci Regency. To determine the indirect effect of employee satisfaction on public service quality through organizational commitment as an intervening variable in the Ministry of Religion, Kerinci Regency.From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that employee satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment. Leaders are able to inspire work and determine the direction and goals of the organization. Leaders are able to demonstrate their capacity to delegate responsibilities carefully and instill a strong sense of organizational ownership in their employees. The attitude of the leader is what influences employees to be able to commit to their organization. This is also supported by descriptive statistical data on the length of service of the respondents in which the number of respondents who have worked for more than 5 years is 73.26% which indicates that most employees have a high commitment so that they are loyal to the organization. Employee satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on quality. Employee public service. Employee satisfaction is an important factor affecting work behavior such as satisfaction, employee satisfaction and employee turnover. Employee satisfaction directly affects the quality of public services through their accuracy in creating attractive jobs and work environments, delegation of responsibilities and proper implementation of regulations. Therefore, leaders with appropriate employee satisfaction will lead to employee satisfaction with their work. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the quality of employee public services. Organizational commitment shows a person's power in identifying a person's desire, involvement and membership in an organization. The emergence of organizational commitment will create a strong sense of belonging to the organization. With the emergence of a strong sense of belonging, it will make employees happy to work and carry out all obligations and duties without feeling forced so as to create quality public services.
