This study aims to determine the effect of Servant Leadership on Job Satisfaction of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Kerinci District Education Office, while the population and sample in this study were 38 employees. The analytical tool used in this study is a simple linear regression by performing a regression test, the results of this study indicate that Servant Leadership has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). This is evidenced by the results of the t-test where the value of t count> t table (16,801> 1,668), while the magnitude of the influence of the integrity of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) as evidenced by the Rsquare is 0.887 or (88.7%), while the rest is 11, 3% is influenced by other variables.
