This research was conducted to determine the Professionalism of Public Services in Facilitating Access to Services in the General Section of the Office Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Kerinci Regency. Public services are all activities in the framework of fulfilling basic needs in accordance with the basic rights of every citizen and resident for a good or service and / or administrative service provided by service providers related to the interests of many people. Professionalism is the commitment of members of a profession to continuously improve their abilities. Because Civil Servants are one of the professions, consequently, they must always improve their abilities continuously so that they can carry out their duties or work professionally. The purpose of this study is to determine the professionalism of public services in facilitating access to services in the public section of the Office Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Kerinci Regency. The research approach used is qualitative, the unit of analysis in this study is an individual. With a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews with the Ministry of Religion Civil Servants and the community through direct surveys to obtain the necessary data on how the professionalism of public services in facilitating access to services in the general section of the Ministry of Religion, Kerinci Regency. The results of research on the professionalism of public services in facilitating access to services in the general section of the Office Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Kerinci Regency are seen from several dimensions of public service professionalism, namely in the aspects of skills, knowledge and experience, future orientation, and independence. The professionalism of public services in facilitating access to services carried out by the general department of the Ministry of Religion of Kerinci has been effective because it has received good assessments by the community and ASN itself, based on the indicators used for consideration, this is shown by responses and existing pacts in the field that are good. So this shows that the quality of professionalism of public services in facilitating access to services provided is good and accepted by the community.
