This research took place at the SAMSAT KERINCI Department. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of the Kerinci One-Stop Administration System (SAMSAT). The approach taken in this research is qualitative. The number of informants was 6 people. Data collection techniques and tools in this study were interviews, library research and observation. The unit of analysis is individuals, social groups, institutions and the Kerinci One-Stop One-Stop Administration System (SAMSAT) Service Quality. The research results show the Kerinci One-Stop One-Stop Administration System (SAMSAT) Service Quality. that the quality of samsat service is still standard and not maximal in accelerating. And the facilities and infrastructure in Samsat are still lacking, so that in order to print the STNK, it is fully and maximally.
