With the Problem Formulation Is there an Influence of Organizational Culture and Employee Performance on the Professionalism of the State Civil Apparatus in the Communication and Information Office of Sungai Penuh City, both partially and simultaneously. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Organizational Culture and Employee Performance on the Professionalism of the State Civil Apparatus in the Communication and Information Office of Sungai Penuh City.This research uses a quantitative approach where the research method is to use quantitative descriptive, this data is numerically or qualitatively. From the results of research using this method it is known that organizational culture has a significant effect on professionalism and performance has a significant effect on professionalism. Where Organizational Culture (X1) has a positive effect on Professionalism (y) with a coefficient value of 0.372 is and significance of 0,000 is smaller than the probability value of 0.005. Proven by t arithmetic> t table (3,888> 2,179). Performance (X2) has a positive effect on Professionalism (y) with a coefficient value of 0.577 which is 0.000 less than the probability value of 0.005. Proven by t arithmetic> t table (2,375> 2,179). this is evidenced by the calculated f value of 43,550 and f table of 3.98 with a significance of 0,000. Therefore f count> f table (43.550> 3.98) with a significance value less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). Conclusions From This Research Namely Organizational Culture and Performance together (simultaneously) have a positive effect on professionalism.
