Abstract

This research was conducted at the Hamparan Rawang District Office. From the results of initial observations, the leadership of the Hamparan Rawang sub-district head was not optimal in improving services. The problem in this research is how to analyze the leadership of the sub-district head in improving the quality of service at the Hamparan Rawang sub-district office? The purpose of this study was to determine the leadership analysis of the sub-district head in improving the quality of service at the Hamparan Rawang sub-district office. This study uses a qualitative approach, namely examining an object of research by examining it as a whole and in depth. The data obtained in the field were analyzed based on the classification of the informant's answers described in the results and discussion of the study. It was found that the leadership of the Hamparan Rawang sub-district was good. The Camat has good analytical skills and communication skills. The camat is also firm and courageous in making decisions. In addition, the camat also wants to listen to input from his subordinates. However, in terms of discipline, the camat often came late to the office. For this reason, it is hoped that in the future the sub-district head will not be late for office.
