Abstract
This research aims to see the direct and indirect influence of motivation on OCB through job satisfaction of employees of the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Sungai Penuh City. The research approach used is a quantitative approach with the path analysis method. The sample in this study was 32 who were employees of the secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Sungai Penuh City. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire/questionnaire which contains a set of statements that must be selected by respondents in the form of a Likert scale. Test hypotheses 1, 2, and 3 using the t test, while to test hypothesis 4 use the sobel test. Data processing was carried out using SPSS.26 software. The results of this research are: 1) There is no influence of motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees of the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Sungai Penuh City, 2) There is an influence of motivation on job satisfaction of employees of the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Sungai Penuh City. Full, 3) There is an influence of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees of the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Sungai Penuh, and 4) There is an influence of motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through job satisfaction of employees of the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) Sungai Penuh City.
