Abstract
Objective conditions in the field indicate that the problems commonly encountered in the provision of administrative services for retired civil servants are related to the problem of the quality of service provided by service officers, the service mechanism, and the attitudes and behavior of employees in providing services to retired civil servants at the Regional Civil Service Agency. Full River City. Purpose: To find out the Civil Servant Pension Administration Service System (PNS) at the Civil Service and Human Resources Agency (BKSDM) in Sungai Lilin City. This research approach uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive research type, this research is carried out in a coherent manner to describe objectively and rationally about the object of research. Basically this research method is used in order to achieve research results that can be scientifically accounted for by researchers. Research Results The civil servant pension administration service system (PNS) at the Personnel Agency and the development of human resources in the city of Full River has been running effectively. This is evidenced by the opinions of respondents who on average gave a positive assessment of the service process. supporting factors are at a good level. This can be seen from the ability of the majority of employees who have improved and services that are in line with their functions and obligations. Inhibiting factors are service facilities that need to be added, and employee performance that needs to be improved.
