Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Human Resource Management and servant leadership leadership style on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative method, with exogenous variables namely Human Resource Management variable (X1), servant leadership style variable (X2), and endogenous variable namely performance (Y). This research was conducted at the Human Resources Agency of Sungai Penuh City. The number of samples set as many as 36 respondents. The analysis used is multiple linear analysis including the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis using multiple liners can be seen that the competence variable affects employee performance by 0.718 (71.8%) and servant leadership style affects employee performance by 0.334 (33.4%). These two variables have a positive effect on employee performance and the results of the analysis using the coefficient of determination are known that 88.1% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the independent variables studied in this study and 11.9% is explained by other factors outside of this discussion. And the results of hypothesis testing both partially and simultaneously that the dependent variable on the independent variable has a significant effect using the t-test and f-test
