Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of organizational culture in the context of improving educational administration services at the Kerinci Regency Education Office. This research uses qualitative research, data collection techniques in this research are interviews, observation and documentation, the informant selection technique in this research is purposive. The results of this research show that the Education Service Office has implemented organizational culture in its office, because looking at the discipline in which they have implemented this discipline consistently, one of which is not using Android from arriving until returning home. Likewise, in terms of leadership and cooperation in the office, it has also gone well because of the firmness of the leaders and also the good cooperation between superiors and employees.
