PENGARUH PELATIHAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI DINAS LINGKUNGAN HIDUP KABUPATEN KERINCI DAN TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of job training and education level on performance. both directly and indirectly at the Kerinci Regency Environmental Service. This research uses quantitative methods, with exogenous variables, namely the job training variable (X1), the intervening variable education level (X2), and the endogenous variable, namely Performance (Y). The population of this research is all State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Kerinci Regency 25 Environmental Service. The data analysis technique used is path analysis and is divided into 2 paths, namely sub structure 1 and sub structure 2. Data was collected through questionnaires. The research findings show that: 1) There is a significant direct effect of job training on education level, where the contribution value obtained is 0.094 or 9.4% with a significance of 0.000. 2) There is a significant direct effect of job training on performance, where the contribution value obtained is 0.448 or 44.8% with a significance of 0.000. 3) There is a significant direct influence of education level management on performance, where the contribution value obtained is 0.052 or 5.2% with a significance of 0.000. 4) There is a significant indirect effect of job training on performance through education level, where the contribution value obtained is 0.047 or 4.7%
